8" Custom Cake

By placing a custom order with Tiny Joy Bakery, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • All custom cakes and cookies are handmade, and slight variations in color, design, and details are normal. Inspiration photos are used as references only; exact replicas are not guaranteed. • A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for refunds. • Changes to design, size, flavor, or details must be requested at least 7 days before pickup and are subject to availability and additional charges. • Pickup times are scheduled in advance. Once an order is picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer. • The bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage after pickup. • The bakery operates under Massachusetts Cottage Food Laws. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Public Health. • The kitchen may process common allergens (including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts). While allergen-friendly options may be offered, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. • By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
